A lot of us assume that we feel so shitty because of all the external work and life stress we’ve got going on that’s out of our control, and while that TOTALLY is playing a major factor in our health issues (both mental and physical), we are also ALWAYS in control of our morning and evening routines. Yes, even with children and small animals or early af wake ups, this is possible and doable for you.
Today's episode will teach you about a method I call “the 3 keys”. The 3 keys are easy to remember because they all start with the letter M and they all take only 5 minutes to do in the morning.
