Jen is a 300hr Certified Meditation Coach who, after earning her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Accounting, quickly found herself in the corporate world feeling exhausted and burnt-out. Now she is using what she has learned to help both individuals and teams of hardworking professionals overcome stress and burnout with the tools of meditation and mindfulness.
