Jen is a 300hr Certified Meditation Coach who, after earning her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Accounting, quickly found herself in the corporate world feeling exhausted and burnt-out. During that time she found meditation; which helped her stay positive, establish work/life balance, and gain confidence in many aspects of her life. Now she is using what she has learned to help both individuals and teams of hardworking professionals overcome stress and burnout with the tools of meditation and mindfulness.
