The simplest things in life are often overlooked, simply because we think effectiveness = complication.
But what I've found, and I know today's guest Meghan Sandve would agree, is that the power can be found in the simple truths of the present moment.
One of those powerful things is the breath.
This is single-handedly our most underutilized tool for creating the energy and emotions we wish to have.
"We move energy with breath, movement and sound."
Need more energy? Speed up your breathing.
Need to calm down? Slow down your breathing.
Need to ground yourself? Hum on the exhale.
Need to release tension? Sigh audibly on the exhale.
"It was under my nose this whole time" takes on an entirely new meaning lol!
